About Ifrah

About Zeest Women Wellness: a gentle space for women who need a quiet moment to restart, created by Ifrah and guided by trusted doctors and psychologists.

Founder of Zeest Women Wellness

Ifrah is a writer, entrepreneur, and working mom who spent years learning to hold it all without losing herself. She started Zeest to share honest, researched conversations about women’s health, nutrition, fitness, and self-care.

She isn’t a doctor or a therapist, and she doesn’t pretend to be. She’s a woman who did the research, lived the juggle, and is now bringing you the real talk you’ve been waiting for.

Zeest Women Wellness works with qualified OB-GYNs and psychologists who review and contribute to our content.

“When it comes to women’s health, choosing the right step matters just as much as receiving the right advice. Medicine is essential, but healing can also be shaped by courage, self-esteem, resilience, and the will to keep moving forward.”

— Ifrah Awais

Why I Started

There were days when I was working, caring for my family and holding everything together, and I had nowhere quiet to go. When I looked for answers about my health and wellbeing, I found information that was either too clinical, too confusing, or written as if I should already know it all.

I am not a doctor or a therapist. I am a writer, an entrepreneur, and a working mom who spent years doing the research, living the juggle, and learning the hard way. Zeest Women Wellness is the space I wished I had: honest, gentle, and easy to understand.

Health information should feel like a conversation with a friend who has done her homework. That is why every article here is written in plain language and reviewed or supported by qualified doctors and psychologists, so you get warmth and reliable guidance together.

Zeest is my way of sharing what I have learned, alongside the experts who know it best: a place where trusted advice, real stories, and simple everyday habits come together to help you restart, one small step at a time.
